Choose the next diagnostic step because it can distinguish competing causes, not because it is a familiar command.<\/p>\n Record the baseline, symptom, two leading hypotheses, evidence, correction, verification and rollback in a one-page incident note. Then ask another engineer to reproduce the test. If the correct result depends on remembering a specific screenshot or cannot be explained without the portal, deepen the operational lab before treating a practice score as proof of readiness.<\/p>\n Mix time-limited drills into the final week only after the underlying diagnosis is reliable.
