Hi everyone. My name is Rashad, and welcome to my course, “Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification,” where we will learn the power of Sales Cloud, which is offered by Salesforce. In this course, we will discover the true power of the Salesforce Sales Cloud Platform by learning all of the concepts that any Sales Cloud consultant must understand. Some of the major topics we will cover include industry knowledge, where we will learn about the best industry practises followed by Sales Cloud consultants all over the world.

Then we will learn about various salesforce implementation strategies. Then we will do some hands-on work and learn about various standard objects that the Sales Cloud offers, like leads, accounts, and opportunities, and how to create intelligent reports and dashboards for your users and maintain a high level of data quality in your salesforce.org.

These are the primary areas of focus for any Sales Cloud consultant. At the end of the course, you’ll become a master of the Sales Cloud Platform and be ready to take on the Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification exam. Now, before beginning the course, you should be familiar with the basic Salesforce features and objects.
